Who or what inspires you to cook?

I started cooking at age 7 from watching my mother and great-grandmother, both amazing cooks in their own right. I am driven by an honest desire for people to enjoy what I prepare for them.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

I enjoy comfort food. My favorite all time dish is one of simplicity, Stove Top Pot Roast. Quality ingredients shine when you keep it simple and do it right. Served with mashed potatoes, carrots and a slurry gravy, it is comfort cooking at it's best.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to start a food business of my own. Whether that be a brick and mortar or a food truck is yet to be determined, just looking for my chance to shine.
