What's your all time favorite dish to make?I don’t know if I have a single dish that I love to make per se. I’ll admit that Italian American cuisine is at the forefront in my home as I’m of Sicilian heritage and my wife is Calabrian American. It’s not uncommon for us to have pasta 2 or 3 times a week
What would you do with the $25,000?My dream is to take my wife on a vacation to Italy. We don’t have many indulgences in our life. This would be a way for me to thank her for always being at my side.
