My inspiration originates from family dinners and the creative space that was elemental to my passion. The joy that comes with cooking for others and the memories from a single bite to a meal holds a special place in our lives. To be able to share that love inspired me to cook and take this journey.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Oh! This is a tough one. I’ve been fortunate enough to have a wide range of opportunities to work alongside some great chefs in their kitchens. From learning fundamentals to elevating a common dish has brought me to where I am now. One of my childhood favorites and one of my signature dishes is my Redfish and Grits with a Tasso ham sauce!
What would you do with the $25,000?Well I recently relocated to Atlanta to work with an incredible company, Dash Hospitality! And to continue my Culinary journey with an amazing crew. I have had some hardships in my own life and need a more reliable vehicle and a better living arrangement for myself and my dog Sally! I would also like to donate 10% of my earning to The giving Kitchen organization in support of fellow industry members! I’m so grateful to be part of the community and have the support from my peers.
