My love language is acts of service - I love creating foods that make people happy and enjoy. I also think it’s wildly important to teach kids fundamentals so they learn how to cook for themselves. Watching my kids make a traditional French omelette always makes me giddy with joy.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love braising - there’s something so nostalgic about it. My grandmother would fill her house up with the most amazing aromas. Chuck roast, potatoes and carrots. Simple but delicious. I love making that, or subbing with short ribs and making a potato purée with a Demi glacé.
What would you do with the $25,000?Take the family on a much needed and much deserved vacation and pay off some debt!
