When I had my son Jack, learning how to cook to eliminate his allergens became a necessity. He was diagnosed with over 40 food allergies. Yes! The task was momentous, but I was up for the challenge. I started creating recipes omitting his allergies like eggs. I wanted to avoid the allergy and create food that tasted amazing, so he didn't miss out! It was the catalyst that sparked my cooking. I became very creative and inventive in the Kitchen thanks to Jack.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Lately, artisan breads, high-protein bagels and I am learning how to make French Baguettes. I love making soups: chicken with dumplings, lentil, broccoli cheddar, gazpacho, and chick pea chowder. I love food art, so creating beautiful charcuteries boards is a passion of mine.
What would you do with the $25,000?Take my family on a trip and invest some back into my business Mariooch's Kitchen.
