Initially, my Grandmother was the one who inspired me to create tastes in the kitchen. The biggest compliment was when I had made a meal for my family, and she cried. She told me that I cook better tasting food than her.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love making pasta dishes and braising meats at home.
What would you do with the $25,000?We are currently changing the styling of food at our restaurant. A lot of the money would go to improving the equipment to do so.
