Well, I’m a self proclaimed foodie, and I love feeding people and serving; I’m a servant. I cook so that I can serve. When someone compliments my cooking, it’s not a pat on my back, it’s the smile on their face!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love fried chicken and so far I make my favorite. I try fried chicken everywhere I go and I can hang with the best. If I’m a chef, I’m a fried chicken chef. My sides (baked mac & cheese, potato salad) ARE INDEED a feature all their own!
What would you do with the $25,000?I have a vision for not just a restaurant, but for an establishment that presents an eating experience. I would use the winnings to raise my profile in my community where I plan to establish that experience. I love my town, I want to give back to it!
