Receive Text UpdatesMy Mom inspired me to cook. She was a hard working mother but still managed to cook for the family before she went to work. She's my Favorite Chef! She showed me that anything can be made flavorful and authentic. Our family gatherings can consist of togetherness but what's a gathering without food? I've always wanted to do something in the food industry but starting up has always been a challenge. Now that everyone is grown, I want to do what I love most and its to cook.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?So many dishes to choose from. My ultimate favorite is Carne con chile. (Chile Negro) Along a side of rice and beans or to just make it healthier a green salad with cucumbers. I remember my Mom making this dish although she also made homemade tortillas to go with it. I think this is my most favorite because of the tangy flavor of the chile. I can't wait for you to try it.
What would you do with the $25,000?When I win the $25,000 I will use it to start up my own little hole in the wall restaurant. I love to cook. Thats my passion. I want to do it in an area where everyone can savor the authentic flavors in my dishes. I want to show everyone that if I did it, so can they. Thank you for the opportunity.
