What's your all time favorite dish to make?Korean Beef Bulgogi-Why? The marinade on the beef is spot on delicious, so many vegetables (raw and cooked) and top it off a sunny side up egg! Bring the rice and noodles. It's complete and I could eat it anytime of the day! Hands-down the best!
What would you do with the $25,000?I'm hoping to start a variety of dishes and engaging in interactive live cooking sessions at home and zoom calls or social media. OR an interactive cafe/bakery and sell art on the walls from local artists, partner with local suppliers that provide sustainable food. Host karaoke, bible study or even poetry nights. Building a thriving community online! One day to have certain days to feed the homeless and single families in the nearby neighborhood.
