What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love cooking Asian cuisines especially Filipino. My all time favorite dish to cook is called "Sisig". Everyone who cooks it has their own version, and so do I. It is a crispy pork stir-fry dish with onions, bell peppers, chili peppers, and my version with cilantro
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it into my catering business as we have been wanting to start a Filipino frozen food line.
