Not necessarily buying things that you are not going to be using but for one occasion. Learning about spices, vegetables, preparing them in ways that can be healthy.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?- Poblano chiles, stuffed with two meats, and fruits and nuts, topped with a white sauce with pecans; (salsa en nogada), grandma’s recipe. - Walnut crusted salmon, with a honey mustard sauce, served over arugula
What would you do with the $25,000?I would get my own commercial kitchen, and be able to have a small dining area where we would welcome customers.
