Who or what inspires you to cook?

First and foremost it was my family. the love of cooking that they had. Second, it's getting to hear and see how everyone enjoys my food. The hot they feel when they taste the food I've created

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Not really a dish, but anything BBQ!!! And cheesecakes that are alcohol infused.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I were to win I would put it towards furthering my business.
