My biggest inspiration has to be my mom. As I was growing up I can clearly remember my mom's face smiling so big when people ate her food and I never understood why. Now when I see people smiling when they eat my food, now I understand.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My Pambazo Burger is more than just a dish—it’s a reflection of my roots and the place that shaped me.
What would you do with the $25,000?This will be my final piece to my puzzle I started 4 years ago. With the wining prize I can purchase my food trailer and finally branch out on my own. I can finaly take my Pambazo Burger on the road so the world could taste this amazing creation.
