Who or what inspires you to cook?

My passion for cooking is deeply rooted in my childhood experiences watching my grandmother craft fresh tortillas and hearty soups. Her ability to transform simple ingredients into comforting meals left a lasting impression on me. Additionally, I have drawn inspiration from renowned chefs such as Bobby Flay, Anthony Bourdain, and Emeril Lagasse, who showcased the art of cooking on the Food Network. Their creativity and dedication to culinary excellence have influenced my journey, motivating me.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My favorite dish to prepare is a ribeye steak, complemented by creamy mashed potatoes, buttery corn on the cob, and jalapeño poppers. While I have a passion for home cooking, I also work professionally in the culinary field as a pizzeria owner. This dual experience allows me to appreciate the artistry of both casual home-cooked meals and the vibrant, fast-paced environment of a pizzeria, where I strive to create exceptional dishes that resonate with customers and reflect my culinary exper

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would strategically reinvest the $25,000 into my current restaurant by enhancing the kitchen facilities, including the installation of a complete kitchen, exhaust hood, vent system, grill, and fryer. This upgrade would significantly improve operational efficiency and expand our menu offerings. Alternatively, I could allocate the funds toward launching a new burrito shop concept that I have been developing, allowing me to diversify my culinary portfolio and reach a broader customer base.
