What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to provide the refugee women at Holy Names House of Peace, from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, with a kitchen makeover! This house is a safe space where these women gather, and food plays a vital role in bonding, rebuilding trust, and fostering relationships. New kitchen tools and equipment would empower them to create nourishing meals together and strengthen their sense of community, giving them a fresh start in Canada and an essential space to feel at home.
