What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love to make stuffed gnocchi with fontina cheese and bolognese sauce
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take a trip back home to Italy and travel different cities there and eat all the beautiful dishes that they make there so i can get inspiration on new techniques of cooking.
