My parents. They both had a passion for putting smiles on people faces. My dad was a chef for 30 years and my mom would support him on whatever he needed. She would be in the kitchen with him every morning making everyone breakfast and my dad would be making the special in the back.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Prime New York strip with a big baked potato and Corn on the cob. Hot dinner rolls Also French onion soup to start!!!!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to open up a small breakfast restaurant. It would have the essence of an old school diner; serving delicious food on a counter. When people walk in, I want them to feel in community, eat a meal that tastes like home, and have an experience that keeps them coming back!
