What inspired me to cook is me starting at a young age and seeing people happy and giving them different taste and experience. Also my Auntie Chef Marylin inspired me. Also the thought of having someone come to my restaurant and have a good experience! My Royalties my Children and My Family and Friends! Also this is my Passion! MyDad ! Making people happy and Also have fun is what I LOVE!!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?One of my All time Favorites to cook is Cajun Pasta.. I Love to Make stuffed chicken , seafood boils. Stuffed pineapple! Omelettes..Kung Poa chicken.. Tacos ,Enchiladas. Indian curry!! Ahi Tuna, shrimp & grits .. Etc
What would you do with the $25,000?I Would like to either open up my own Small restaurant or a food truck for My business! I want to become my own business owner , i would like to help my clothing line business.
