My humble beginnings, watching some of the best cooks who ever did it. My Nana was an amazing cook she fed not only our family but the Harlem community. She taught my Aunt who raised and taught me most of what I know in the kitchen. I took those skills and my found passion for cooking and baking to create amazing dishes and desserts of my own that are loved by many, family, friends and loyal customers.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Herb roasted turkey wings, mac & cheese, cornbread stuffing, candied yams, cabbage and collard green combo.
What would you do with the $25,000?For several years I put off pursuing my dream and focused on the care of others all the while trying to make an earnest living with unfulfilling jobs and with this blessing I will finally be able to LIVE! See what I manifest come to pass...Live in my passion! Open my own restaurants, bakeries and a Bed & Breakfast or two serving up yummy meals from my farm to table!
