Growing up in a divorced family food was the safe place, it brought everyone together and kept everyone from arguing or fighting so that translated into what I do now. No one can argue with a full mouth!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love fusion dishes in general like a mad scientist experimenting with his beakers since my wife is mexican and I grew up on American barbecue I love mixing those together the one dish that comes to mind is my carne asada style tri tip.
What would you do with the $25,000?My stepdad and I have been looking to open a restaurant or truck in our little town for years this money would make it that much more possible!
