Who or what inspires you to cook?

My family & clients inspire me. I love when they tell me how soul satisfying & happy my food made them feel. That’s what is important-the love going into the food & the appreciation.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Mediterranean Roast chicken with preserved lemon, prunes & olives, basmati rice . This may not be my daily favorite, but clients will recall a job I did and they always talk about that chicken!

What would you do with the $25,000?

As a foodie that is also just finding myself out in the dating pool again after 30 years, I’d love to start doing pop-up dinner series in different cities. It would be a great way for people to get off the dating apps and meet like minded singles in a safe environment.
