When you have access to the best ingredients, little has to be done to make them shine! Of course when you see your patrons, customers, or friends & family smile and give a satisfied exhale after tasting your creation that is extremely inspiring as well!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Lobster pot pie!
What would you do with the $25,000?First, I would make a huge donation of high quality nutritious food to our local food banks. I would then use the money to help my business, Sand Dollar Seafood grow. We are on a mission to educate about true sustainability, low impact fishing, and the keys to maximum freshness & quality! We believe in supporting local fishermen and family run canneries and we want the world to know! I would also like to take a trip to Alaska this summer to research sustainable salmon fisheries!
