Who or what inspires you to cook?

I am inspired by excellent ingredients that are procured, grown, crafted, or caught with care and dedication. When you have access to the best ingredients, little has to be done to make them shine! Of course when you see your patrons, customers, or friends & family smile and give a satisfied exhale after tasting your creation that is extremely inspiring as well!

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Lobster pot pie!

What would you do with the $25,000?

First, I would make a huge donation of high quality nutritious food to our local food banks. I would then use the money to help my business, Sand Dollar Seafood grow. We are on a mission to educate about true sustainability, low impact fishing, and the keys to maximum freshness & quality! We believe in supporting local fishermen and family run canneries and we want the world to know! I would also like to take a trip to Alaska this summer to research sustainable salmon fisheries!
