I’m inspired by what my garden produces, by what my family asks me to try, by the random recipe someone sends me in a message. But most of all, by the creative process and what happens from that. And if it’s delicious, even better!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I have several favorites, so it’s hard to choose just one. I’ve learned to cook Tex-Mex, so fajitas, beans, and rice are a favorite. But I also love classics like a medium rare ribeye with baby smashed, crispy potatoes with rosemary from my garden. I’ve also begun to sous vide meats, so that’s fun! And recently learned to make yogurt!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would create a beautiful new kitchen space to create amazing dishes for family and friends. We’ve been wanting to remodel the kitchen and this would be a dream for me to make magic in a new, updated space!
