Receive Text UpdatesMy father was the person who inspired me to cook. It wasn’t just about cooking, but it was more about appreciating ingredients, always trying new flavors, and being open to new cultures with their food and cooking techniques.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?So difficult to say! I think that as someone from the Caribbean and having lived in China for 20 years, one my favorite things to cook are Chinese dumplings. I am so adamant about making the folds perfect for each and every one and I love testing new flavors (whether fusion or authentically Chinese) for the stuffing.
What would you do with the $25,000?I am at a point in my life where I am all about setting the foundations of my life now that I have transitioned to the US. My partner and I have a goal to own our own home (hopefully this year), so this would surely help in getting us set up to achieve that.
