I’ve always loved cooking but cooking for loved ones and friends to make something they love is always amazing. Especially when they are picky eaters and I feel like I am challenging myself to make a dish they love!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I really love to make a miso and sweet soy marinated sea bass sous vide then lightly caramelized in a pan, on a bed of garlic sautéed spinach and bok choy. This is not a dish I invented but I enjoy eating as much as cooking it.
What would you do with the $25,000?Take my entire family on a trip to give back for all the support they have always given me!
