I just enjoy feeding people. I love sharing my creativity and flavors and filling the soul with a warm plate of food. It reminds me of my mother and it makes me think of Home.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?One of my favorite dishes to make is a feta and spinach, stuffed pork tenderloin on a bed of creamy potatoes.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I would open a pop up and serve delicious food to my community who suffered a catastrophic loss during Hurricane Helene. I would create a community event of food, music, laughter and healing to give back to the people who have lost so much and endured such hardship.
