I love cooking for family and friends. I love teaching anyone that has an interest in culinary arts. I love customizing meals and being creative with food.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Pineapple Jerk Ribs with a side of Smoked Turkey Collard Greens, 4 Cheese Baked Mac and Cheese, Candied Yams and Honey Butter Cornbread.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will open a farm to table restaurant that serves 2 purposes: Cooking and Teaching. I want to share my delicious recipes with the community and teach students from the community. The students will be taught how to prepare meals from scratch, knife skills, and pastry. The teaching kitchen will provide skills that will enable all students to start a career in culinary arts. The restaurant will provide meals using local sourced ingredients to support local farms.
