My daughters and my students. It’s amazing to have a student say I’ve never turned on a stove before and then later say Chef D we won the competition. I love showing them it is endless possibilities out there. My daughter came in second place in her first competition.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love to make different dishes, but what makes me happy is bbq.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in a few youth that have a desire to become a Chef. I will make sure they have the basic knowledge and equipment to be successful. As well as put down for a small cafe.
