What's your all time favorite dish to make?This is such a hard question but any soul food! I love making gumbo, shrimp and grits, crab cakes, etc. But if I had to choose nothing beats really good fried chicken.
What would you do with the $25,000?I want to open a soul food restaurant in Madrid! I already have a business plan in place but I just need a little help in the form of 25,000 dollars!
