It's hard not to speak from the heart when it comes to cooking! No matter what our journey looks like, we connect at the table. My grandmother has been the greatest inspiration, representing togetherness through home cooked meals. She was incredibly generous, leaving bags of produce hanging on the fence for neighbors to enjoy! She carried on old school methods and values, and little went to waste in her kitchen! She was the queen of fresh pasta and I try my best to continue in her honor.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Homemade ricotta gnocchi with heirloom tomato sauce, lots of fresh basil, burrata & drizzled with a really nice olive oil!
