Since I was a kid I loved to eat,Must of my childhood were my brother and I, and we start cooking for ourself while my mom was working. My brother did not have a clue so I started cooking for us. Since that moment I been started to enjoy see other people reactions when they try my food. I like to see how my food send different people to their memories of a good, tasty food.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I will say pasta, I don’t have as favorite dish but for some reason I get create it with pasta.
What would you do with the $25,000?With 25,000dollar, I would start a fancy food truck. Or rent something small to open a a cafe. My goal is open a small restaurant where just with reservation you can get in, with a different menu every single month.
