Receive Text UpdatesWell it started with my grandmother, then my first chef that actually knew and loved food, going foraging and everything scratch. Now it’s that I am cooking meals and treats for the elderly. And I’ve served a few last meals unknowingly. I love food and the love it makes people FEEL. I wouldn’t have it any other way. But I’d love to expand this message to people who can’t afford their own personal meals. Elderly or not. I haven’t always had 2 legs to stand on.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Tiramisu or Shepards pie would be my first choices. But honestly. The dish that I make that makes someone happier has become a new staple till a new one is added to the recipe book. My new favorite was roasted lamb with a wine reduction on pomme puree. That was at home for my family.
What would you do with the $25,000?Start a non profit/ community with 10k to help feed elderly and homeless and find volunteers to help with being placed in work and homes. 15k to help finally get my son his own bedroom and a property I can house tiny homes and a large farm for produces to use at markets and in the feeding of the community.
