Ultimately whoever I’m cooking for. Whether it’s friends and family, guests at the restaurant or just a casual dinner at home with my boyfriend, the most rewarding feeling is the reactions from people you’re cooking for.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?This is the toughest question! I always like to say my favorite dish to make is one I haven’t made yet. BUT if I had to choose it would be my favorite comfort meal…spaghetti and meatballs. Homemade sauce, well seasoned meatballs, angel hair pasta and of course garlic bread. The kicker though…starting the meal with a grilled Caesar salad.
What would you do with the $25,000?Being honest some would first go to bills! (You know how things are right now). With that said, I’d love to eventually start my own business. Whether it’s a food truck, a food blog for teaching or a side hustle providing personal chef experiences. I’d spend some on making a game plan for that. I’d also love to travel to learn more cuisines worldwide. Exploring all countries across the Mediterranean would be top of my list.
