What's your all time favorite dish to make?Following my paternal grandmother, I would say oxtail soup and chicken and dumplings.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25k, I would love to take a food tour of Italy, Asia and Mexico. Then bring that experience back to my kitchen and inspire my staff to do the same
