Who or what inspires you to cook?

I cook for the smiles, the face of the person savoring the bites, the feedback of how a family member who is no longer with us cooked a particular meal for them and how it tastes exactly like theirs. I cook for the gatherings so my food is tied into the memories. I cook with my children so more memories can be made and they can be their own built in chef. I cook for anyone with the love and passion I have so they know they are worthy of something filling when it hits their stomach and heart.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

To be honest I like to cook anything, even if it's my 1st time at it. I like challenge and making it my own.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it to open up a business for sure. I've been told by family, friends and strangers that I would thrive if I open my own business. I definitely would make it a family affair.
