What's your all time favorite dish to make?The purpose, guest, available ingredients, and ambiance control the drive and vibe. Creation with food is different than other artistic outlets, and my favorite. A chef finds a way to make temperatures, textures, and combinations trigger a response. For me, it’s the process of cooking, the tasting, troubleshooting that I enjoy. We internalize creative food, make memories of it, and I love to make it all.
What would you do with the $25,000?A favorite chef must be relatable, intriguing, and authentic. Given the honor of this title within the family of culinary success, I plan to reinvest in myself and share my culinary passion outside of my own kitchen.
