She created some of the most delightful cakes, pastries, and an array of mouthwatering meals each week. This foundation ignited my culinary journey at the Runaway Bay H.E.A.R.T. Hotel and Training Institute, which expanded my knowledge and vision of this beautiful art form.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?One of my absolute favorite dishes to prepare is the original Jamaican jerk chicken. I marinate it in my own special jerk marinade, then grill it to perfection. I top it off with my irresistible homemade jerk sauce and serve it with coconut rice and beans. To complement the meal, I include a side of sautéed assorted garden vegetables, sweet fried plantains, and a refreshing shredded cabbage salad tossed in a vibrant lemon ginger vinaigrette. What would you do with the $25,000?If I were fortunate enough to win the $25,000, I would certainly channel it into my biggest dream: launching my very own food truck. This would give me the opportunity to establish my brand, showcasing the skills, talent, and knowledge I've developed over the years. I’m eager to share my recipes and delicious food with the world.
