I started cooking very young! My grandparents were a huge influence and family gatherings were always based around food. I always got involved and learned so many great tricks in the kitchen. Little did I know this would become my life‘s passion!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I always enjoy making Cappellini Pomodoro. It’s a staple at our house and I make it at least once a week. There’s something about the sweet fresh tomatoes, the pungent garlic sautéed in olive oil, roasted pinenuts, and that fresh basil that really brings it all together! Simple ingredients but when put together with a final touch of fresh grated Parmesan cheese, this dish takes me right where I want to be!
What would you do with the $25,000?I’m trying to buy a house right now! Winning this money would go a long ways towards helping me reach that goal!
