My mother whom fueled my passion to be a chef, I've worked along side many amazing chefs over the years, some famous some not, truly have learned and acquired many great techniques and skills. But to answer the question vitality; overall is what fuels my passion, creativity and flavors.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?It is so hard for me to choose being of Jamaican heritage I love me some oxtail. The only dish in this world that screams happiness and love to me.
What would you do with the $25,000?25k would change my life in a positive way. I've lost so much in my life that I can't fathom what it would do. I Thought as a professional fighter my dreams would come true and I'd climb that mountain. I've always been one to tighten my boot straps and bite the belt so to speak. I understand everyone's struggles and their story is different from mine. But I am tired of fighting so very hard with as many failures as I've had to achieve my goals, so with 25k I'd catch up on life.
