Who or what inspires you to cook?

I’m inspired every time I’m in the ocean scuba diving. I see things most people will never see and the magic and beauty of the ocean sparks my creativity to create culinary masterpieces

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My plant based southern fried fish made from heart of palm and my plant based Key Lime Pie which is a personal favorite of Taj George from the R&B group SWV.

What would you do with the $25,000?
