Who or what inspires you to cook?

My family has always been a food obsessed family! All of our special moments have been surrounded by food. My mom and I started catering together a couple years ago and have had so many fun memories along the way. I love cooking, specifically in my catering business, because I thrive in a fast paced environment, always up for a challenge, and enjoy constantly pushing my creative boundaries!

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My favorite dish to make is risotto..of any kind! It is extremely rewarding, the perfect comfort food, and a crowd pleaser.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would love to invest the 25,000 back into my catering business!
