My Grandmother has always been my inspiration. She cooked from her heart. My earliest memories are with her in the kitchen. Cooking and baking for family and friends is a sign of true love.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I enjoy making Jambalaya. The dish is a balance of colorful vegetables, spicy meats, and fresh shrimp. Followed by a cool and creamy cheesecake is always a treat.
What would you do with the $25,000?When I win the $25,000 I would travel and continue learning about other food and cultures.
