Receive Text UpdatesI started cooking/baking when i was about 7 years old. I never followed a cook or a chef since i graduated from college. My inspiration mostly came from my grandma’s cooking.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Smoked bacon and mushroom spinach dip with pan seared striploin ( basted with confit garlic butter, rosemary and thyme ) and pan seared scallops with a bernaise sauce.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put the money towards starting my dream which would be to open up my own place. I have been thinking for many years about opening my own business but funds have been tight, this would help me get it started and to become a well known chef across the world.
