As I got older and became a father I am so proud of my career choice because my children are watching me pursue my passion daily. What's your all time favorite dish to make?Fettuccine Alfredo with Grilled chicken! Humble yet regal. The beauty in the creamy salty decadent sauce accentuated by the fire kissed flavor of pesto marinated chicken breast. Heaven on a plate for me!
What would you do with the $25,000?I have been cooking professionally for 25 years, I would take a well deserved family vacation! Then spoil my family who deserves all the credit for my success as a chef. The sacrifices my family has made to love a Chef, deserves far more than I could ever repay.
