Children too, cooking is somewhat lost on kids these days, I work in k12 and teach kids how to cook, the special needs kids are the best to teach, they are always enthralled, if I can teach a child to cook for themselves, I’ve already won, kids that cook, turn into adults that cook and I pray it spreads from there
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Tacos- they are so versatile, you can use any protein, endless combinations of veg, and with slight variations you get an entirely new dish! The variations on the same dish from state to state, even city to city is staggering, from birria to bistec- and they are all so good
What would you do with the $25,000?Invest in my family farm, we are small but the influx of capital would help to expand and spread our local goods oriented mindset to others in my region, who doesn’t love being able to pronounce the ingredients in their food?
