I have been cooking for over 10 years. My very first job was in the kitchen, I was a cook in the NAVY, I cooked through out college, I have worked in recipe development, and I am always the first person at the potluck. I cook for just the love of cooking and eating.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Any time I get a chance to whip up some crazy tacos, I am all about it. How about BBQ pulled pork tacos with slaw and cheesy popcorn. Or maybe classic taco bell tacos with impossible beef, grilled onion, roasted poblano and cherry raisins. Just tacos!
What would you do with the $25,000?Honestly, probably just put it away and pay some bills. I have been between jobs and have relied on being an adjunct professor and freelancing to get by. I would also love to invest in my home studio kitchen to do live cooking streams. Maybe finally buy that griddle and smoker I've always wanted.
