Friends. Family. Ingredients. I'm a very competitive person, my friends drive me to try new things and new techniques. I'm a family man, having recently become a father of two within the last 2 years. Being able to use my skillset to provide my family with exciting ways to eat classics is also a challenge that I'm up for. 2020 threw us all for loop, my loop led me to become more in tuned with food cultivation. I went from Farm to Table, literally.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite dish to make, or to bake, is my World Famous Buttermilk Chocolate Cake. A versatile recipe. Anything I can pair it with, I will. Roasted Figs. Salted-whipped Caramel. Mascerated strawberries. The smiles this cake brings is my favorite part of the dish.
What would you do with the $25,000?Save, and invest. As a parent, I think the obvious reason would be to save some money for my family's future. I'd also like to invest in some kind of small restaurant or garden adventure. Something where I can bring my experience and passion for my two favorite things. Cooking and farming.
