Receive Text UpdatesDefinitely my mother and my grandmother. They started it all. But I work with some of the best in the industry and that keeps me inspired. I think surrounding yourself with people who are good at what they do is always a way to continue to grow.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Oh man that’s intense. I don’t know if I can give you a simple answer. You almost have to categorize it. When I’m really home sick I like cooking chicken and dumplings or something with grits, maybe even biscuits and gravy. When I’m cooking for a crowed I love doing seafood boils or roasting proteins over live fire. If it’s just me and my wife I love making pasta or gumbo and boudin. But I guess what I’m known for is southern food with Asian influences.
What would you do with the $25,000?I think you meant to ask me what WE would do with $25,000 Because all of my success and all of the things I have are not mine alone. It takes a village and with this money WE can glow up. Thank you for the time. I’m super grateful!
