My dad was the Chef though, and we bonded through our years creating in the kitchen together as well as celebrating our Italian and Jewish roots. Now so much of what I do is to make him proud, and leave my mark
What's your all time favorite dish to make?A good old shepherds pie, with fresh ground lamb of course. It's not decadent, it's not necessarily pretty, but the flavors show us that it doesn't take a Michelin Star Chef to satisfy the cravings
What would you do with the $25,000?I would purchase a food truck and spend my off days traveling Denver and other local cities making southern comfort food for the less fortunate
