What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Duck legs prepared in four distinct culinary techniques: confit, searing, grilling, and basting in a shallot, tarragon-infused compound butter. Accompanied by grilled baby leeks concassé, baby heirloom tomatoes, squid ink black potatoes sautéed in a coconut curry, and a touch of lime, these dish offer a diverse and flavorful gastronomic experience.
